Armenian PM Pashinyan Appoints Former Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan as Security Council Chief
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has appointed Alen Simonyan to the position of Secretary of the Security Council, replacing Armen Grigoryan in the country's top security body.
