YouTube to Change View Counting Rules Starting August 24
Starting August 24, YouTube is rolling out a major update to its view-counting system, a change that will impact creators and users globally, including those in Armenia. Going forward, a view will be registered the moment a video starts playing, rather than after a specific watch time.
